ABOUT SYSTEM

The solution allows to keep a precise and effective record of fuel consumption. Prevents fuel theft.

The solution consists of a set of sensors integrated into a single system that tracks arrival, fuel consumption and operation modes of power units. Verity of reports are generated separately for each engine and for a rig as a whole.

Power analytic tool in a form of online platform that allows remote control of all equipment that is used at drilling rig.

The software allows you to integrate data in an automatic mode with other accounting systems, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, other.

STRUCTURE OF THE SYSTEM

Fuel flowmeters installed at power unit.

Precise measurement of process fuel residue (pipes, pressure tank)

The weight of fuel loaded into the tanks measured with the mass flow meter

Mud pumps, power plants controlled by flowmeters (installed at the fuel system of the engines)

The mass and volume of fuel filled into the pressure tank is measured by mass flow meter and magnetostriction level sensor

Fork density meters are installed at tanks for calculation of fuel weight

Control of refueled equipment by RFID cards and position of the vehicles

The remaining fuel in the tank is estimated using the volume-mass measurement method (magnetostriction level sensors and fork density sensors)

Inclinometer – a sensor that records changes of the tank tilt angle

NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT CHEATING

Each flowmeter installed at the engine controls all abnormal fuel flow and records:

  • time in mode “Overload”, h
  • time in the mode “Intervention” mode, h
  • volume of fuel consumption in mode “Cheat”

CAN-bus of the engine

Our system read data from CAN-bus of the engine and transfer information to the system such as:

  • pump operation mode;
  • rotor rotation, etc.

INSTALLATION OF KORIOLIS FLOWMETERS

INSTALLATION OF VOLUME-MASS SENSORS

Task: precise measure of fuel weight and volume, including volume of produced water.

Objects: Pressure tanks with diesel fuel, tanks up to 100 tons.

Solution: installation of magnetostriction sensors and fork viscosity sensors.

Result: reduction in the amount of tied capital, accounting for real fuel reserves, reduction of frauds with fuel, elimination of water entering the tanks (as a way of fraud), ROI = 206% in average.
